We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a $500 HOLDING FEE upon approval (it will become part of your security deposits). If you are not looking to move within the next 2-3 weeks, you may want to check back at a later time.
Application fee is $85 per applicant. All adults must submit an application to be screened. Move in funds required will be 1st month's rent (pro-rated as appropriate) plus Security Deposits (equivalent of one month deposit), cleaning deposit of $500 & keys/remotes/FOB deposits of $300. Security deposits are refundable as long as all terms of the lease contract are met and the property is returned in good clean condition.
There is a required $500 per pet deposit. Please note for all condos and townhomes, HOA only allows up to two small pets, maximum weight is 25 lbs each at maturity. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application and are required to be registered with the HOA upon move in. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approvals and terminate the signed lease contract, if not disclosed.
