The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking utensils and dining ware you will need. Includes a two burner gas cooktop, microwave/ baking oven, compact refrigerator, and K-cup style coffee maker. Utensils, pots and pans, bake sheets, bowls, knife set...you name it.
Gas heat and wall air conditioning. Ceiling fan in room.
You pay PGE electric. On-site coin laundry available. Off-street parking.
Sorry - No smoking is allowed on the premises and no housing vouchers accepted. No pets. We run a full background and credit check. The credit check is $30. The
six month agreement requires a 30 day notice to vacate. We will show the unit to prospective new tenants during those 30 days.

The house was built in 1895 by a Civil War veteran, Walter Banta. The building is on the Fresno Historic Register. We remodeled the entire building in 2008 when it won the Mayor's Historic Restoration Award.
There are five units now in the main building. The rear has a small cottage studio. Energy efficient, well insulated, and dual-pane windows throughout.
