A: Yes. We may even agree to buy the materials for you. All improvements and alterations require approval first.
Q: Will you fix the home prior to my move in?
A: Safety issues will be addressed. Other issues can be negotiated.
Q: What credit score do I need?
A: You need to have over a 550 credit score. In addition we will need to pull your credit to make sure you qualify.
Q: When can I move in?
A: Our underwriting usually takes 1 week. If the home is currently available, once you are approved you can move in.
Q: Who pays taxes and insurance
A: We pay property taxes and property insurance, but you must have a renters insurance policy to cover your own belongings.
Q: How much monthly income do I need?
A: Typically the rent payment cannot exceed 35% of your overall monthly income.
