Professionally managed by Roe Rentals. We consider credit, we look for applicants with good rental or mortgage history (sorry we can't approve applicants with recent or unpaid evictions), we look for 3 times the rent in gross monthly income (at least $3600 monthly) & we do a basic background check.
To submit an application for the home, we charge only a $25 application fee per adult; to reserve the home you can place a non-refundable $500 hold fee. Hold fee will take it off the market. Hold fee goes towards your deposit when you move in (or is refunded if application can not be approved). Balance of deposit is due upon application approval.
We accept Section 8 vouchers in accordance with local law. Please check with your housing coordinator to see if $1150 rent with only water included works within your voucher limits prior to applying. We generally do not participate with short term (less than 12 months) housing voucher programs unless the applicant meets all applicant requirements, including three times the rent in their gross monthly income.
