Application fee is just $25 per adult. Non-refundable $500 hold fee takes the home off the market & goes towards security deposit upon move in. Hold fee is refunded if application can not be approved.

We accept section 8 vouchers in accordance with local housing laws. However we do not generally participate with vouchers or housing programs that are for less than 12 months, unless applicant meets all application requirements including 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
