Security deposit is determined by your credit score. A credit score of 700 or higher will require one month rent as deposit, between 600 and 699 is two months rent. Applicants with a credit score below 600 do not qualify.
Pets are restricted to only non-aggressive breeds, must be below 20 pounds and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee (per pet). All animals must be spayed or neutered and must have current vaccination and health records from a licensed veterinarian.
