PARKING PASS PROCEDURES – IMPORTANT
Condo Parking Lot Passes
- Guests are permitted a MAXIMUM of 2 condo parking lot passes ONLY.
- Under NO circumstances should a guest be issued more than 2 condo lot passes.
- Guests must return all condo parking passes at check-out.
STREET PARKING PASSES
- Street parking passes are separate from condo parking lot passes.
- Street passes are ONLY valid for designated street parking areas.
- Street passes should NEVER be displayed while parked in the condo parking lot.
- Guests have previously been towed for using a street pass in the condo lot.If parking passes are not returned, guest is subject to a $50 replacement charge per pass.
Utilities: water is included. Electric, cable, wifi billed to tenant.
