Pergo flooring in living room, dining area, kitchen, hallway and master bedroom. Kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living room has a wood burning fireplace, sofas, 2 end tables, coffee table, projector and pull down screen. Home includes one king sized bed and one queen sized bed. Washer and dryer included in bathroom.

This is a short term rental with the lease expiring April 30th or May 31st and will not be extended due to owner's using the home during the spring/summer months. Tenant's will be expected to vacate at expiration of lease.

Rent is $2875 per month and includes water, sewer (septic), electric, and internet. Tenant is responsible to set up service for trash and recycling.

3rd room is available as storage and is not to be used as a bedroom. Due to the size of the septic system, 3 occupants maximum please.

Kitchen is ready for you with most utensils, plates, pots, and pans. Also included for your convenience is a coffee maker and a toaster.

Sheets, blankets, towels, and other linens are not provided.

Large covered deck overlooks the lake and the no bank sandy beach. Outdoor furniture includes Adirondack chairs, sectional, patio table, 9' market umbrella, loungers, and additional beach chairs on the dock! Weber BBQ grill included (tenant responsible for propane). Enjoy the evening sitting around the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the lake in the provided 2 person canoe!

Plenty of uncovered parking, 2 vehicle carport. No parking allowed on grass due to septic system.

Tenant has access to shed near dock which includes lifejackets for your convenience. Great storage area for other items such as beach toys or paddle board. Enjoy swimming directly from your dock or from the floating swim platform.

Any wood currently in wood shed can be used by Tenant.

Tenant does not have access to the “garage” area as that will be locked and is not included in the rental.

- No open bankruptcies (if approved, prior bankruptcies will require a larger deposit)

- Application fee $60 per person living in the home 18 years of age and older

- Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent

- 1 year lease term
