There is carpet through the unit and carpets would be professionally shampooed prior to moving into the unit. This apartment is in a secured building, so Only tenants that are on the lease are allowed access to the building. There is a Laundry room located on the 1st floor with Coin Operated Machines for tenants to use. This building is located walking distance from close by shopping stores. Walk able distance from Mount Vernon's board walk and from the City's Street fair in the summers!
It is also right on Skagit Transit Bus Line for transportation. The parking is all on street and you would need to get a Parking permit with the City Hall that is right down the street.
LEASE TERMS: 1 YEAR LEASE
-Elevator is down right now so new tenant will need to sign an elevator addendum. Elevator will not be fixed anytime soon-

We always accept service animals with proper documentation. Service animals are not subject to additional deposit, pet acceptance fee, or pet inspection fee. Once your application is approved we will provide the request for reasonable accommodation request and verification of disability and need.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: All tenants are required to carry liability insurance in the amount of $100,000.
Rental Application is required. $55 non-refundable application fee per adult (18+ years).
Minimum credit score of 650+ and income Requirement 3X the rent amount. Application must be complete with all income history, rental history and reference information.
