Pet Friendly Downtown Apts 2 Bedroom/1 Bath - Our popular Park St. Apartments are located downtown. Walking distance to campus, restaurants, & shopping. The rental price for a townhome style unit is $565 PER PERSON. Only two person occupancy. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick-up, and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electric. All units have a stack washer and dryer. Approved pets are allowed with a pet fee of $30 per month per pet (limit 2 pets). No pet deposit. Parking is included for tenants but we do not provide visitor parking. There is a large yard for walking pets. Online payments. Individual leases. $200 non-refundable administration fee, $50 non-refundable application fee required per person. The lease dates are from August 5th, 2022-July 28th, 2023.
