This unit is a one bedroom, 1 bathroom located right here in the historic Belhaven neighborhood. We really think that you'll love it. It is available now! Please note that this unit is the (if your looking at the building from the street) upper right unit. The building has 4 units in it, and to get to this one you go through the main entry door (with a coded lock), and at the top of the stairs you turn left. Again, it's the upper right unit. When you walk in to the unit you'll find a large living room, one that works well with multiple furniture configurations. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a frig and electric stove. Please note their is a place for a small table or a place to set up a coffee bar. This unit is special because the stacked washer & dryer come in the unit! Yep, you get your own washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious to be a one bedroom unit, and the bedroom is a nice size.
Parking is first come, first serve and on the street. This is a non-smoking unit.
Unit does not have central HVAC, but rather AC window units & a gas wall heater. All the good folks who've lived here have said it was very comfortable.
HUD Vouchers are not accepted for this unit.
