This building has dishwashers, central air conditioning, private decks, is a limited-access building, is nearly sound-proofed between apartments for privacy, with all 1-1/2 baths. You pay heat and electricity, but because this is an energy-efficient building it should run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit!
Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $250 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $80 per month with electric remote openers. There is free off-street parking. There is also a washer & dryer on every floor. No pets are allowed.
As for our availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. The deposit is based on your application, and the application fee is $40 per adult.
