NEW CARPET throughout apartment! 1-1/4 bathroom (one full bathroom with 2 sinks). It has a dishwasher, central air conditioning, and private decks. These are limited-access buildings and the apartments are nearly sound-proof for your privacy. They are approx. 1,000 sq. ft. In this building, you would pay heat and electricity. This building is energy-efficient so utilities should run approx. $75 per month. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit!
No pets are allowed.
All 2 bedroom buildings have a laundry room on each floor with 1 washer and 1 dryer for your convenience.
Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $300 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set.
Garages are also available for $90 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking.
As for our availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. The deposit is equal to one month's rent and the application fee is $40 per adult.
