As this is a newer energy-efficient building, residents pay for heat and electricity, though utility costs remain low.
For added convenience, any two-bedroom unit can be fully furnished for an additional $300 per month, including two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a full living room set. Garages are available for $90 per month and include electric remote openers, while plenty of free off-street parking is also provided. Laundry facilities are available on every floor in the two-bedroom buildings. Please note that pets are not allowed.
