They each have wall air conditioning, eat-in kitchens w/ dishwasher, and a walk-in closet in each bedroom. This is a limited-access building, and the units are about 850 sq. ft. In these units, you would pay only the electricity which runs approx. $30 plus about $1 per day that you run the A/C.
Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $200 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $80 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking. There is also laundry on every floor in the two bedroom buildings.
As for our availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Application fee is $40 per adult.
