Our one bedrooms are large (650 sq. feet) and have an accommodating floor plan. The bedrooms are 12' X 14'. That's very large for an apartment! We are also doing a lot of remodeling to them which includes new 6-panel white doors, white trim, cherry cabinets, new light fixtures, and we have added all new appliances: Stove, refrigerator, microwaves, and a dishwasher. The one bedrooms can come with or without your furniture. Without furniture they are $845/month; with the furniture included they are $1045
Either way we still pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer.
Please note that we do NOT accept pets. Assistance animals with proper documentation from a legal professional are welcome. We do not accept Section 8. This building has its own laundry room with 4 sets of washers and dryers.
We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $90 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. Our 1-Bedroom buildings each have their own laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers.
The application fee is $40 per adult.
What I suggest to everyone is coming to look at our apartment community. It really stands head and shoulders above the others in Des Moines and West Des Moines. We are situated on 6 acres, have plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We also have an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a full 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse has free wireless Internet, a cardiovascular exercise facility, pool table, game room, fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms, and more!
Although, the nicest thing we offer is that Four Seasons is a family-owned and operated apt community. We truly care, so when you come home you have peace of mind; there won't be any hassles.
