Our JR-1BRs are 500 square feet and come with furniture included. They are $815 per month, whether furnished or unfurnished. The bed is in the walk-thru room, and a sofa is placed in the main living area, giving a more home-like atmosphere to your apartment when you walk in the door. We pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer.
Please note that we do NOT accept pets. Assistance animals are welcome with proper documentation from a professional. We do not take Section 8. This building has its own laundry room with 4 sets of washers and dryers.
We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $80 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. This unit is available March 1st. Our standard lease is 1 year and the application fee is $40 per adult.
