We pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer.
Please note that we do NOT accept pets. Assistance animals are welcome with proper documentation from a professional. We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $80 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers.
As for availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Our standard leases are for 1 year. The application fee is $40 per adult.
