RENTAL CRITERIA:

* 5 Years of verifiable residental history

* Income requirement of 3x's the rental amount

* Criminal History: We screen all applicants when applying. If you do have a criminal history please provide an explanation and documentation you want considered at the time of turning in the application.

* Renter's Inusrance in the amount of $100,000. Due at Lease Signing. Tenants whose household income is 50% or less of the area median income (adjusted for family size as measured up to a five-person family) are not required to provide renter's insurance.
