Guidelines for our rentals. Below are the rental requirements.
• $10.00 key deposit and picture ID is required to check out the key. Any time Monday thru Friday 8am-3:30 pm. Must be returned no later than 5 the same day. NO APPOINTMENTS MADE YOU MUST COME TO THE OFFICE BETWEEN THE HOUSE ABOVE TO CHECK OUT A KEY-300 DRAYTON STREET SUITE 301
• Please have all documents and deposits available at time of your rental application.
• 1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs- all pay stubs must be printed and available). We will no longer be accepting electronic forms of proof of income.
o Income – Must be 2.5 times of yourNET income
• Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment.
• No Dispossessory's.
• Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash or money order.
• $25.00 application fee- non refundable
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis we do not hold any properties without a holding fee.
Effective July 1, 2020 new renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
