Located only 2 blocks south of BYU campus near the duck pond, the Sherwood House is a quaint Craftsman style 2 level home. Each level is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with all shared rooms for a total of 4 tenants per level. Each kitchen has lots of cabinet space and a dishwasher as well as a disposal. There is a shared washer and dryer in a neutral area of the house for both levels to use. Driveway parking is available as well as an open lot behind the house. Sherwood House is less than a 5 minute walk to a UVX station.
Year contracts run through August 2027. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent (up to $1,000). Total rent is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own internet account.
