I am open to full trades or partial trades. I am looking for a camper RV, vehicles, other land or houses, trailer, or let me know what you have. The value of the land alone with all the utilities is $25,000! And you get the land and the cabin. As seen in the pictures, the cabin needs completely rebuilt. You may even consider salvaging the roof and other things and re-building it. Also, as seen in the pictures, there is a lot of stuff on the property. You get it all all. All the tools and all the trash.
Tenkiller Harbor has a very nice in ground swimming pool, a nice boat ramp, showers, restrooms and a RV sewer dump.This is all included in the HOA fees of only a little over $100. Stay in your cabin, swim in the pool, spend the day on the lake, and sit around a nice camp fire in the evening. You will feel like you have been gone from work a long time.
Directions:
- From Tulsa, take Muskogee Turnpike out to Muskogee and get off headed East on 62
- Turn right off of 62 onto Hwy 10 before you get to Ft. Gibson
- After quite a few miles your taking a Y to the left on 10A
- After a few more miles turn left onto Indian Road/Hwy
- Go about 4 miles and turn Right on Forest Road next to a convenience store without gas, that is the entrance to Tenkiller Harbor.
- Turn right on the paved road; Cherokee
- It will turn sharp to the right, then turn left onto Carlile Drive
- Turn Right onto Stage Coach Rd.
- The house sits just past a nice mobile home on the right side
