There's a bus stop a block away, and Mellon Park and Bakery Square are both within a 10 minute walk. Target, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods can all be found within a mile radius of the property. Shadyside Giant Eagle Market District as well as CMU campus and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Walnut Street and Ellsworth Avenue can be found within a 2 mile radius.
There's a shared patio in the front, coin-operated laundry in the basement, and limited off street parking behind the building.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
