Friendship is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the East End of Pittsburgh. This building on Stratford Ave. is within easy walking distance of the busway, Shadyside Hospital, Whole Foods, Carnegie Library, and other area shops and restaurants.

Parking is relatively easy on street.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
