It features vaulted ceilings, skylights, track lighting, in unit washer & dryer, central heating and a/c, ceiling fans, and access to a shared fenced in yard. The kitchen is open to the living room and has granite counters, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, full size refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. One of the bedrooms has double closets and the other has a walk in closet. There is easy on-street parking. Tenants pay reasonable gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash.
This building is a block away from the bus stops at N. Negley and Stanton Avenue. It is only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Penn Avenue, Home Depot, and Target in East Liberty.
There's a large fenced in back yard that's shared by the tenants and easy on street parking.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
