This is a 2nd floor efficiency apartment. The living room and bedroom would be in the same open space but it has a separate kitchen and bathroom. The main space has hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and trim, and tall ceilings. It has large, new windows and electric baseboard heat. The kitchen has ceramic tile and counters, an efficiency stove/oven, and a full size refrigerator.

The ceramic bathroom has inlaid tile, a pedestal sink, and a full size tub/shower.

Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal. and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric only. Heat is electric.

This building is at the corner of North Negley and East Liberty Boulevard, a short walk to all of the shops in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Friendship. It is a few blocks from Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the bus way. There is also a bus stop across the street. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.

There is coin operated laundry on the first floor.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
