This second-floor apartment has hardwood floors, tall ceilings with ceiling fans, large new windows, and large closets. There's a combined kitchen / living room including ceramic counters, electric stove/oven, and a full-size refrigerator. This apartment is less expensive than most of our two-bedroom apartments because you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the other.

Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be installed upon request.

This building is at the corner of North Negley and East Liberty Boulevard, a short walk to all of the shops in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Friendship. It is a few blocks from Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the bus way. There is also a bus stop across the street. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.

There is coin operated laundry on the first floor.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
