This charming studio apartment (meaning only 1 room as the kitchen, living room and bedroom, has a separate bathroom) is on the second floor of a converted mansion. The room has a stained glass window, a turret with lots of light, hardwood floors, and a tall ceiling. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom, but no tub. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash removal, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and window A/C unit will be installed upon request.
This apartment is NOT eligible for Section 8.
All of our tenants are required to carry renter's insurance.
We run a thorough credit and background check, so we charge for each tenant or co-signer. The application fee(s) and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are required in order to hold any apartment.
This building is at the corner of North Negley and East Liberty Boulevard, a short walk to all of the shops in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Friendship. It is a few blocks from Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the bus way. There is also a bus stop across the street. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.
There is coin operated laundry on the first floor.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
