The entrance is through a spacious bedroom with an ornate mantle, leaded glass window, and ceiling fan. The kitchen is open to the living room with another ornate fireplace and plenty of windows for natural light. A full size refrigerator and an electric stove are included. The large rooms also allow flexibility for you to combine the living room with the bedroom instead of the kitchen.
Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the forced air heat. Tenants pay electric. One window AC unit will be install upon request.
This building is at the corner of North Negley and East Liberty Boulevard, a short walk to all of the shops in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Friendship. It is a few blocks from Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the bus way. There is also a bus stop across the street. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.
There is coin operated laundry on the first floor.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
