This is a 2nd floor corner unit with hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and windows on 3 sides for lots of natural light. It is less expensive than most of our 2 bedrooms because you need to walk through a bedroom to reach the second one. The kitchen includes an electric stove, full size refrigerator, pantry, ceramic tile, and has room for a table. The ceramic bathroom has a full size tub and a pedestal sink. Landlord pays water sewage and trash. Tenants pay electric. There is electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be installed upon request.

This 16 unit building is at the corner of North Negley Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. It is a short walk to the shops in East Liberty and Shadyside and the bus stop is across the street. There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
