This is a spacious second floor apartment. The large living room and bedroom both have hardwood floors, tall ceilings, ceiling fans, and decorative fireplaces. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a fire escape. The entryway has a closet with shelves in it. The ceramic kitchen has oak cabinets, full size refrigerator, apartment size electric stove and huge windows for natural light. The slate bathroom has a full size tub, pedestal sink, and is located off the bedroom.

Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and a window AC unit will be provided.

This 16 unit building is at the corner of North Negley Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. It is a short walk to the shops in East Liberty and Shadyside and the bus stop is across the street. There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
