It is a very short walk to the Negley stop on the MLK East Busway (which offers daily commutes from Shadyside to downtown in 6 minutes). It is also a short walk all of the shops, bars and restaurants on Walnut Street and Highland Avenue. There is on street parking.
Aldi, Giant Eagle Market District and Shadyside Hospital can all be found within a half mile. Trader Joe's and Bakery Square are within a mile. UPMC Children's Hospital is less than 2 miles away.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
