We have openings within our Edgewood/Swissvale apartments. They are located a couple of blocks from the Edgewood Towne Center, the Busway, and Regent Square. One off street parking space is included and covered parking may be available for additional rent.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
We run a thorough credit and background check on all applicants.
