This first floor apartment features original hardwood floors, ceramic tile bathroom, and a linen closet. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, electric stove, and room for a small table. The living room has a large picture window and a coat closet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a Western facing view.

Tenants pay electric only. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, gas and heat.

Our Edgewood/Swissvale apartments are located a few blocks from the Edgewood Towne Center, the Busway, and Regent Square.

There is extra storage and coin operated laundry in the basement.

One off street parking space is included for each rental and covered parking may be available for additional rent.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
