The kitchen has granite counters, oak cabinets, dishwasher, built in microwave, high BTU glass top stove, full size refrigerator, hardwood floors, and ceramic floor. Each of the bedrooms have spacious closets and ceiling fans. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the heat and hot water. Tenant pays electric. Landlord will install two window AC units upon request.
Our Edgewood/Swissvale apartments are located a couple of blocks from the Edgewood Towne Center, the Busway, and Regent Square.
There's limited off street parking included and carports may be available for additional rent. There are storage units and coin operated laundry in the basement.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
We run a thorough credit and background check on all applicants.
