This first floor apartment features granite counters, dishwasher, built in microwave, and maple cabinets in the kitchen. There are hardwood floors and new double pane windows. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the heat. Tenant pays electric.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.

This complex is located on the border of Edgewood & Swissvale next to the bus way and Edgewood Town Center. It is a short distance from the shops and restaurants in Regent Square and moments from the park way.

An off street parking spot is included. Covered parking spots may be available for additional rent.

The building has extra storage and laundry in the basement.
