This 2nd floor, two bedroom apartment has a big open floor plan, hardwood floors, ceramic tiled bathroom, double pane windows, and central AC. The kitchen has ample cabinets, a high btu glass top stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are similar in size. One of them has French doors that leads outside to a patio. Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash.

This 10 unit building is on the corner of Thomas Blvd. and Fifth Avenue diagonally across from Mellon Park and the bus stop. Bakery Square, Trader Joe's, and Target are just a few blocks away. One off street parking space per apartment is included in the rent. There is coin-operated laundry and extra storage in the basement.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
