This second floor one bedroom apartment has tons of natural light, hardwood floors, and exposed brick. There's a combined kitchen & living room that was recently renovated to include a granite counter, built-in microwave, and a glass-top stove. The main entrance to the apartment opens to a hallway, so an additional entrance was left in the bedroom for ease of moving furniture. There's also an exit to the fire escape in the bedroom.
The landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the radiator heat! Tenants pay electric. One window AC unit will be provided.
This six-unit building is located on a quiet street in East Liberty. You will find Whole Foods, Target, Giant Eagle Market District, and Trader Joe's Within a 1.5 mile radius of the building. There are also tons of great shops and restaurants nearby in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Lawrenceville.
The tenants share a covered front porch, a fenced-in back yard, and coin-operated laundry in the basement.
There is easy on street parking.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
