The combined living room and kitchen feature a large window, granite countertops, electric stove, built in microwave, and a peninsula with room for seating. A wall with a glass block window divides the bedroom area from the living room, but there is no door between the two spaces. The narrow bedroom has a large closet and an exit door to the fire escape. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the radiator heat. Tenant pays electric. A window AC unit will be installed upon request.
This six-unit building is located on a quiet street in East Liberty. You will find Whole Foods, Target, Giant Eagle Market District, and Trader Joe's Within a 1.5 mile radius of the building. There are also tons of great shops and restaurants nearby in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Lawrenceville.
The tenants share a covered front porch, a fenced-in back yard, and coin-operated laundry in the basement.
There is easy on street parking.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
