It features hardwood floors throughout, custom closets, exposed brick, in unit laundry, ceiling fans, and central AC and a private 12x12 deck. It's less expensive than many of our other 3-bedroom apartments because one of the bedrooms on the main level is small and could only fit a twin-size bed. The other bedroom on the main level has double closets and direct access to a full bathroom. The second entrance to that bathroom is through the large dining area attached to the kitchen. The kitchen has ceramic tile, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with icemaker. Theres also a large living room with lots of natural light. The primary bedroom is the entire upper level and has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a private bathroom with full size tub. Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash.
This Point Breeze double duplex is located a block from Frick Park and the bus stop at Forbes & Braddock, and it's only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of Regent Square. The entire building has been renovated featuring all new insulation, plumbing, windows, electric, and HVAC. Each apartment has a private deck, private laundry (not coin operated) and a storage room in the basement. There is one off street parking space in the rear for each apartment.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
