There is also a private deck off the bedroom. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay electric. There's electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be provided upon request.
This 3 unit building is conveniently located a half a block from Frick Park & the bus stop at Forbes and Braddock. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Regent Square. There is off street parking in the rear, easy on street parking, and shared laundry on the first floor.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
