WHAT PREVIOUS TENANTS LOVED: The built-ins and historical elements, but also very much appreciate the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and the large, closet organizer in the bedroom. The tenant loved the building so much that they bought a unit here! There is also a green waste bin so people can contribute to the compost system.
