This 2 story wonderfully located spacious home with hardwood floors and air conditioning. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy! When you walk in the front door you can go up a few steps to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Or, you can walk a few steps down to the other living area where you will find a king bed, bunk bed, and a living area with TV. There is another bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and laundry room. It is within walking distance of downtown and Lazy G Brewhouse! Located in the pines and close to hiking trails and nearby lakes for fishing and kayaking. You will have plenty of shops and restaurants downtown to check out and enjoy a beverage on our Famous Whiskey Row. You will enjoy the great deck and covered patio for entertaining! It sits on a corner lot with great access, and fenced backyard. Your kids and pets are welcome to come too!
