Lots of fluffy towels and bathrobes await you. The fenced side yard offers a grill, picnic bench, shade umbrella, and a private dog area for Fido. A coin-op laundry room with complimentary wash and laundry supplies is on site. Two assigned parking spaces come with this unit with security cameras in the parking lot. Conveniently located to downtown, the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to Granite Park with 5 acres of fun. Shopping and restaurants are close as is Fry's grocery store, Dignity Health hospital, and WalMart. Amenities include two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you will need, including French Press coffee, K-cup, and Mr. Coffee machine. Come relax with us!
