Most of the apartment features beautiful original hardwood floors and also includes a large living room, a full sized dining room, a unique butler’s pantry for extra food storage, a large kitchen, and bathroom. Your own personal parking spots are available for 2 cars in the back of the driveway. There are 2 entry points (front door from porch & back door from driveway), and both are equipped with brand new electronic locks for your keyless convenience. A coin-operated washer & dryer are available for your use in the basement.
Rent includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, & snow removal. Tenant pays electric, internet, etc. $1,250 security deposit & $1,250 first month’s rent are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid by the applicant directly to the background check/credit check company. Maximum of 2 cats allowed (sorry, no dogs).
