Refined finishes include granite (20D) or quartz (16D and 17D) counter tops, lighting, deluxe appliances including in-home washer and dryer, travertine tiled master baths and custom wood blinds throughout. While 20D has the very best views, all are awesome. 16D and 17D have a bay window in the living room.
16D is available unfurnished on 12-month lease for a lower rate of course.
The historic, 1916 built, Fort Shelby Tower Residences offer a lifestyle of classic elegance. The grandeur and traditional charm unite with modern technology, conveniences and luxurious hotel amenities. The closest condo units to Campus Martius (town center) other than condos at the The Book.
