Your 'apartment' is a separate structure that shares two main walls but has its own entrance. When you enter, a great kitchen awaits you. Some amenities: microwave, 6 burner range, two ovens with premium cooking settings, and a deep stainless-steel sink. With hidden garbage and recycling, this kitchen has an incredible amount of storage. But don't worry, if you're not the biggest cook, there are restaurants within walking distance or a short 5-minute drive away!
The living room is right next to the kitchen, completing the first floor. We've provided a couch that flattens into a bed. A new Samsung TV is wall-mounted and we've included a cable bundle with over 45 channels. (The TV has streaming options, but they are not included). Also, the internet speed is at the second tier, so you will have plenty of bandwidth to stream as well as work within the apartment. Lastly, the large French doors open into our garden. You're more than welcome to enjoy fresh fruit off of our trees: avocados, oranges, lemons, limes, etc.
Under the stairs is a huge storage closet stocked with paper goods. Up the stairs is the main bedroom. It features a built-in queen frame, with a Nectar mattress. Three large windows give you a bird's eye view of the surrounding town. There are some spectacular sunsets to take in! The room features tons of built-in storage, as well as a ceiling fan for those warmer days. Inside a master closet is the washer/dryer, and plenty of hanging space for clothes. There is a surprisingly spacey half bath, with a large, modern tiled shower (and great pressure/heat!) with vanity storage.
The home is set in a quiet yet convenient location because it's so close to local attractions, so you'll save time traveling to nearby San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.
