Business class internet service is provided along with all the main floor furniture and tv. Each bedroom has it's own individually controlled heating and cooling unit and includes full size beds and mattresses, desks, dressers, and built in closets. There is a utility charge of $50/month/person which includes the internet, heat, air conditioning, water, electricity, landscaping, snow removal, and a weekly common area cleaning service. There are only a few parking spots available for an extra charge but if you bring your Tesla or other fully electric vehicle, you will get first dibs on the parking and it will be free for you along with free charging! But why even bring your car? It's only a 10 minute walk to the Diag or you can hop on the UM Oxford Shuttle bus that leaves every 15 minutes literally at the end of the driveway. Please see the attached floor plan with room pricing. Find the room or rooms you would like to rent out. If you have enough friends, rent the entire main house for $15,982/mth plus utilities. This is a 12 month lease starting Aug 20, 2022.
