Answers to some frequently asked questions:

- Our deposit is $850.00

- Municipal laws limit this apartment to 1 - 2 people in the apartments. A child counts the same as an adult.

- Lease of 12 months required.

We do have a $40.00 application fee for each adult that will live there.

We do a thorough background check on all adults residents. Your household must make 3x the rent in income. We cannot accept past UDs, evictions or money owed to past landlords within the last 10 years. We look at felonies forever and misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors for a 10 year history. Having a "blemish" in your background does not automatically disqualify you. You can make up for "blemishes" if all the rest of your background is stellar.
