Lease period is one year.
About You:
Comfortable with having two (+cat) housemates and some shared responsibilities, such as weekly trash duty. OK with street parking. Have some bedroom furniture, but not much living/dining room furniture (because of included furnishings). Bonus if you enjoy gardening/summer cookouts, because the backyard is great for that!
